Spacious 3 bedroom house in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Beer, gateway to Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. A few minutes stroll to pebble beach past independent shops, galleries, restaurants and some fine pubs. Stunning bay, ideal for swimming, beach side cafés and fishing boat trips. Walks along South-West Coast Path providing breath-taking views with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis nearby. Handy grocery store nearby. Free parking available in the local carpark.There are two bedrooms situated on the ground floor. The bedroom with the king size bed has patio doors to an enclosed private courtyard. There is another bedroom located on the second floor. Main living room & kitchen are on the first floor.Garden is terraced with some uneven steps to be careful of.
